So, I've been so productive, I haven't had time to blog about it!! So, here are some pictures of what I've made lately.
a hostess apron (part of a housewarming gift for my sister) Don't mind the chair/model...I wasn't about to model it with my big belly!
a "bagsket"...I love it! Now, if I could just remember where I found the directions...
my latest purse...my first attempt at pleats...not too shabby...
the stack of burp cloths...i'm working on making my own pattern so i can sell them (?)
the bibs I made a couple weeks ago...again working on my own pattern/ideas so I can possibly sell some...these were my first attempts at appliques; I'm excited to try more...
a fleece/fringe blanket for Baby Girl
Another blanket for Baby Girl...silky on one side, minky dots on the other...And there you go....
in the coming week(s), I want to try:
1. a lined zipper pouch
2. make a laundry bag for Caedmon's room and one for Baby Girl's room
3. Make more "bagskets" and try another pattern for a storage basket
4. try some different ideas for bibs and burp cloths
5. find a pattern for a rather BIG bag that I could use for a diaper bag for 2 kids

Wow! You have been very busy. I love the apron. I just need to go buy some fabric and start working. I keep seeing all kinds of things I want to make. I would love to see what your burp clothes look like opened up. Keep up the good work!

so talented! i once made comer a t-shirt quilt, but it is currently up in a closet with the seams needing to be finished. can you motivate me and teach me!!??!
