Finally...Nursery Pics

Ok...After a long wait, we finally got new carpet in the nursery and were able to get the room somewhat-set-up. So, here are some pictures of the nursery. It's not completely finished yet (We still have a couple more things for the walls, obviously need to get sheets on the bed before Baby sleeps there, and also put the carseat in the car as opposed to in the crib).

This is the view as you walk in the door.
Here's another angle.

...and another....
Dan sanded, stained, and finished an old microwave cart to be used as a changing table.
Below you'll see some wall decor/toy storage.

This is the hanging storage--part of all the stuff mom made for the nursery (see also valance, bumper, bed skirt, blanket, and stuffed puppy).
We already love spending time in the room--which is good because we'll be spending a lot of time in there in the coming months. It's Gracie's favorite room in the house, too; hopefully she won't be too disappointed when she realizes she'll have to share it. We're practicing/training her to leave all the fun toys alone. She's doing fairly well. Hey, a little dog slobber will build his immune system all the faster....

It looks great! I especially love the toys hanging over the changing table. It won't take long for him to start enjoying them :) Your mom did a great job on everything. And you did a great job putting it all together.
